The Burn Method is the first class of its kind, combining a unique fitness class along with nutrition, health coaching, support and guidance all jam packed into a heart pumping, engaging and dynamic class. We’ve united the best of core, resistance, and cardio training to provide you with a total body 50 minute workout that super-charges your metabolism and strips body fat. This combination of exercises burns calories, increases metabolism, and creates strong, long, lean fit bodies. We limit the class to 10 participants so that each person gets individual attention, assistance and any needed modifications. Each class provides a variety of techniques and equipment to challenge your body in a safe, challenging way. The remaining portion of the class focuses on, but not limited to the following to maximize your health and fat-loss potential to keep motivated, goal orientated and focused:
